2024 Beach Road Leadership Conference

Our recent leadership retreat at the Omni Resort in Orlando was nothing short of extraordinary. As the parent company of Beach Road Luxury Vacations, Hardrock HDDP, and Majestic Plumbing & Electric, Beach Road gathered its leaders for a weekend filled with inspiration, learning, and connection.

Inspiring Leadership Talks

Brian Keller, our CEO, opened the retreat with a motivating speech about our company's mission and the essence of leadership. Shaeron Gray, our Director of Operations, followed with practical advice on management and personal accountability, setting a high bar for our team.

Innovative Ideas and Celebrations

Joe Morrison shared innovative strategies for Majestic Plumbing & Electric, aiming to propel us to new heights. Nick Tapplin updated us on Hardrock HDDP, highlighting the launch of the new logo and celebrating increased production and sales. Brian Taylor, stepping in for Arthur Wagnon, emphasized striving for higher safety standards across all our companies.

A Heartfelt Moment - Foundation for Premature Infants

One of the most touching moments of the retreat was the surprise visit from the Foundation for Premature Infants. They received the largest donation in their history from the Beach Road Foundation on behalf of Shaeron Gray. The foundation provides essential funding for neonatal equipment and training, making a significant impact on saving lives and supporting families. Brian Keller furthered our commitment with an additional $5000 donation, reinforcing our mission and purpose.

Building Connections and Synergy

Beyond the formal sessions, we spent valuable time with our families, deepening our bonds and creating synergy within our team. This time together enhances our commitment to serving each other and our collective mission.

A Special Thank You

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Shana Keller for her impeccable organization of this event. The retreat concluded with a delightful evening of golfing and a spectacular fireworks display, leaving us with lasting memories. Thank you Brian & Shana!
